William Addison WICKHAM ¹

FAMILY BIBLE: name was listed as William "Aderson". (This could be a phonetic spelling of Addison, or perhaps Anderson. Addison was used in the names of many other Wickhams, so it is assumed that Addison was his middle name.)

Not heard from by family since 1893, when he was living in the Black Mountains. (Black Mountains are found in NC, CA, AZ, NV and AL - or did they mean the Black Hills??) He was married and had 2-3 children.

ARKANSAS MARRIAGES, 1851-1900: (W. A. Wickham married Mollie Bolen in Lawrence Co, AK on July 4, 1889. (Is this the right William?)

1910 AR CENSUS, Jackson Co, Jefferson Twp, Jacksonport city: W. A. Wickham, 44, wd, 4 children, 4 living b. TX, parents b. KS, forman of sawmill; dau. Rosa, 19; dau. Flora, 17, dau. Emma, 15; dau. Ida, 12. Children were all b. AR, father b. TX and mother b. TN.
